If i could give negative stars, I would. First time ever visiting this office. I walk in , and I am not greeted or anything. There are no signs telling you to “sign in and have a seat” . So i sign the clipboard and both of the ladies at the desk just stare at me . No one says a word. So I go and sit down. They never call my name. I finally walk back up to the desk, and say “excuse me”, I kid you not it was an additional 2 minutes before she looked up from her computer to “help” me . Dr.Glenn is my family dentist.I have sent a lot of peoples to him.He's the best he took her my grandson
Today was my initial appt , very fast very friendly , answered all my questions ,explained procedure very well and my next appt very quick,all staff and Mr Glenn very nice enjoyed my visit
