Dr. Rothman is fantastic. A few weeks ago, I chose him to remove my thyroid. The surgery went great. The remaining scar is VERY small. I am still recovering and patiently waiting for my voice to return to 100%, but I am not in any pain, whatsoever, thankfully. His entire staff is very professional and thorough. I would absolutely refer him to family and friends.
Dr. Glenn Rothman and his wonderful staff are way above the rest, as my very first visit with Dr Rothman made me feel as if I were a family member. He explained my issues and answered all my questions and made me and my Wife feel at ease. After my biopsy, Dr. Rothman personally called me at home and explained the Pathology report. Dr. Rothman and his staff are way above a (5) star rating, and I am blessed to have such an experience Doctor on my side. Thank you Dr. Rothman & Staff.
Office staff is rude and disrespectful. I suppose if you can get past the awful receptionist to even schedule, the doctor may be worth seeing. However, I also work in the medical field and understand how important front office staff is to a practice. I will not entertain wasting my time at this office, even if this doctor is the best in the valley. How unfortunate that this educated gentleman is represented so poorly.
