It's absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone here. What kind of customer service is this? No clue what they are calling about and since no one answers, they better be mailing something to my house. Standard practice.
tried to call back due to a missed call since it is hard to answer while I am at work. No answer back. Keep getting calls with messages with no acknowledgement of the voicemails i have left.

This company is harassing company where they call you billion times if they call next time my lawyer will sue them for harassment so this company needs to go you know where.
My names is Jim and I have been paying a debt I incurred from medical bills since about 2014/15. I see the other 3 reviews here are all one star and id just like to say that I have had nothing but polite conversation with the people at Glenn and they have always tried to work with me, I go away from a few months every year around the holidays to visit my daughter who lives in another state and will leave envelopes with those 2 months payment in them to be mailed out.
