This place is trash....
This place is trash....
This place is ok. They spray rooms on a regular basis. The manager Marvin is a fair man, show respect....get respect. There's not a apt building in the city(even clean ones) that don't get bugs of some kind. Just buy roach motels, and any bugs that come in from outside your door will get trapped in them. I think the owner asks too much $$ for what is offered. But, it's affordable for people on limited income . So, no complaints. Hopefully he won't raise rent agian for a couple years. People here can't afford any more.
