Honestly I've been living here for about 3 years never I had an issue. The last review I see on here is about the basement area so that's not even accurate. The units here are beautiful well maintained. I'm assuming who ever has roaches it's because they not living in a clean environment because like I stated before I've never had an issue. Exterminator comes in a timely manner to prevent future infestation. If you speak to the manager she's nice enough to add you to the exterminator list same day. One of the worst places I have lived. The positive reviews are quite literally staff or past staff. These buildings are roach infested, mice infested, and just about any other pest you can think of. It’s horrifying. I’m thankful to have made it out alive.
They may have laundry rooms but the machines don't work. They cleaned out the apartment across the hall and failed to inform us of heavy construction starting at 10 am and going past quiet times. They trailed liquid garbage all through the hallway and they don't seem to be replacing the carpet. This resulted in a severe bug problem.
