Absolutely ridiculous clinic. Only go there when we cant find anywhere else remotely local. Always late and extremely unprofessional staff at the desk. The closest we've ever been to seen on time is 25 minutes after our appointment. Avoid at your damdest
The Ahmed and Dr Shilpa are wonderful doctors that take the time to check you properly, explain in detail and assist you with recovery.
Very good staff, specially the nurse Abby. I been to there to have iron infusion. She took very good care of me. Explains me everything very nicely. God bless her
Dr.Ahmed is amazing, he listens, explains and advises. Very hard to find a good doctor around the Penrith area but he is great. Been seeing him on and off for years and I'm glad I've found him again. I booked online, completed my form, arrived early and was seen on time.
