I have been seeing Dr. Larocque for many years now. She has a very comforting way of explaining any issues I may have. The staff are all very friendly and I appreciate their help especially in choosing new glasses, it was fun.
Attended to get a prescription update. I was quite surprised and disturbed that there was no privacy offered when asking for all my personal information, including home address, telephone number, date of birth, Alberta Health Care # number. Was told there is no form as an alternative to verbally providing all this information. I was told that if I had concerns about privacy, I could have handed over my drivers license and healthcare card. Felt my concerns were really dismissed.
