I had my very first appointment at this place with Nicole, the owner. I booked for a root touch up and a haircut. I discussed with Nicole the colour I wanted (dark brown) and showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted. I clearly stated that I wanted to still be able to put my hair up on a pony tail . My hair was 10 inches below my shoulders . When I arrived I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time as she was running behind. Had my long hair cut by Josie , she did an amazing job of talking me through my cut and helping me decide what I really wanted out of my hair. After a long hiatus of no cuts and trimming my hair at home, she brought my hair back to life.
