I recently purchased another Audi Q3 after mine was written off during the hail storm. It was quite a lengthy process to go through however Cory was the best to help me. Sales were great. Smooth and fair negotiation on a vehicle. However, the service department is needlessly complicated. They will book you in for a morning time slot but then keep the car all day, even for minor services, and then they’ll Uber you home and back, which I’m sure to them seems “fancy” but it’s a hassle. I have kids and need access to my vehicle and not able to just have it sitting around for hours for a normal service. My audi q7 was parked right at the main entrance for some work done and my HEADLIGHTS WERE STOLEN from the car even though they made sure to me that its safe to park there and security will be good. They had the car they are the one to be blamed and they are not willing to take the responsibility. Worst service I have reached out to your managers no one is doing anything
** Horrible Service ** I had a frustrating experience with this dealership during a phone call regarding replacement front shocks. After receiving a quote of $3,200, I requested the part number for my own research, but I was flatly told that I couldn’t have it.
