Great place. It's a gated community and is very safe. Nice support staff.
The maintenance staff here is really good and helpful. They do their job well. Recently the washer dryer was replaced with a new one as a result of leaking water when running the washer. Thank you 😊
It seems like the management is better at responding to reviews here than my visits/calls/emails. I have asked TEN TIMES for the property manager to fix the PG&E meter that keeps beeping by the 23 building. The property management REFUSES to fix it even though, once again, I have asked at least ten times in the form of visits/emails/phone calls. Why does the property management REFUSE to fix this very annoying issue for me? I genuinely don't understand. Also, want to add that I have to send my packages to my friend's address... read more
