My lease will be up here soon. All I can say is thank god. Management is very rude and careless. Got fleas and I don t even have pets, it took them 2 weeks to come treat it after they bit the heck out of me. Had AC issues, told them twice still hasn t been fixed. One day I came home to a bill of a LATE FEE I am never late paying anything...they eventually apologized and said it was a mistake. Have upstairs neighbor that have plenty of times woken me up from the stomping their feet...complained to office and neighbors, no cha... read more
Older buildings, they are kept up fairly well. Maintanance is prompt on repairs that effect everyday life, a bit slower on more trivial ones. I have not had any kind of pest problem. There are no frills, but they are solid and quiet. They are pet friendly, although the pet fee is kind of steep. All the staff is very friendly. I would gladly live here again. I wish there was a rating between 4 and 5 stars.

nice place to live, gated community, good management and timely maintenance. highly recommended, and military friendly
One of only two upscale apartment complexes in Columbus, Mississippi. Gated community located near the hospital and medical offices. Very nice management staff.
