I lived in a Glenlakes Apartment from 2023-2025. It was one of my favorite apartments ever! It was in such an underrated Boulder location. Walking distance to grocery stores, small businesses, coffee shops, Raybacks Brewery, and Howard Houston park. It’s a decent price for Boulder (where everything is so too expensive). Are there some things that you “get what you pay for”? Sure. Worst management I’ve ever had to put up with. They deducted a huge portion of my security deposit citing damage in the kitchen although I had proof of videos taken showing no damage. Also charged a cleaning fee after I had the apartment professionally cleaned. Not sure where to even begin on the problems with the place. Our packages were constantly stolen and the management isn’t interested in doing anything about it.
