We took our dog here for an emergency visit as she hurt her leg. The front office staff was very nice and got us in quickly. The veterinarian was knowledgeable and kind. Some vets would automatically recommend x rays to get the most money from you, but our vet recommended rest and to re evaluate in a day or two. Highly recommend.
The most painful day of my life and the cruelty of the doctor is something that will always stay with me. My mother had called this office multiple times the day of my beloved chihuahua’s death after we learned the gravity of his illness. Glenkirk is great! They are always willing to see my pets for emergencies even with same day appointments. My dog unfortunately was in a fight with a raccoon the day after Thanksgiving(things always happen at the worst times) luckily they were able to get him in the same day and treat him for his injuries. I appreciate their availability and their kindness towards my pets!
I was honestly a little concerned at first after reading some of the reviews for this animal hospital, a few had me second-guessing whether I should bring my dog here. But after my visit, I can confidently say my experience was nothing like what some people complained about. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were kind and welcoming.
