I cannot recommend Glenkirk Animal Hospital enough. For 6 years they provided wonderful care for my aging dog. All the staff are friendly and professional. Dr Naqi is fantastic. From our first appt (they saw us same day even though we weren't current patients) they made me and my dog feel cared for. They are not overly priced and will go over different treatment options with you that fit your budget. During my recent visit to your veterinary clinic, I encountered a vet assistant who seemed unengaged and dismissive. Her brief, one-word answers and unfriendly demeanor made me feel VERY uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect professional service and empathy, not judgmental attitudes. And for this I will never be back! You change techs so frequently here it’s become like a box of nuts you don’t know what you will get! Good luck staying in business having terrible nasty techs like that one!
My cat developed a large abcess on her back. I was so grateful they made room to take care for her. They gave us clear instructions for her care and what to watch out for. The care they provided helped me stay calm with my older cat.
Amazing experience. They fit me in an hour before closing and did a great job taking care of Morty although a was a feisty patient. I am incredibly grateful for the services and pricing and will definitely be continuing care here.
