Really care for your pets and just refurbished
I’ve been taking my Tonkinese boy to this vet for over 12 years. Recently he got really sick with pancreatitis and it’s been a roller coaster ride getting him better. I want to thank Hugh and his team for always putting my pet first and ensuring he gets the best, immediate care possible. I want to particularly thank Giulia, one of the vets, who is outstanding in her field. I wish I could give -5 stars. Please beware. We brought our 6 month old kitten to this clinic for a check up for a common flu, as we were advised this vet by the breeder. 24 hours ago we had an overall healthy kitten that was playing, eating, and purring a lot. He had a flu which he needed medication for. We expected a smooth visit, that was until Dr. Hugh asked my partner and I to restrain our kitten while he performed a temperature check; we never expected this to hurt our kitten. I want to spend a couple of minutes to thank dr Zoe! She’s taken care of my fur baby (cat) which needed urgent care and very specific cure. Zoe had taken full responsibility and worked after hours to guarantee the best care, consulting with other doctors and stepping in to get us access to the best medicine available in Australia.
