Live here for two years with my family and I want to give review for new people who are looking for a place to live. I was lucky enough to live in a building where people are quiet, nice, decent.. Parking is great. True is that there is no playground for kids, only two silly swings in the corner somewhere with bbq , which you can do. But hey, great playgrounds are 4 min drive :). This is my 3rd time call and tell them that Morgan Building (15) has no lights in the main door and in the lawn. The management office ladies are doing nothing. It’s horrible to keep complaining. Doing nothing ! Shocked . Lights are keep coming and keep going make Dark again. It’s very dangerous to walk back in the apartment.Deer’s are here and there . Could not see anything. I am so upset to see those who are in the Management Office are doing nothing. Shame on them.

They don't do anything about noise complaints, if it's neighbors playing stereo too loud or too late (like after 11 or midnight), even after several complaints. All they do is send emails to the person. When it's loud renovations on weekends or 7:30 in the morning on a weekday, sometimes, they say they're fining the person in charge. and sometimes they say to let the police know.
