Pure luck if you can get through. Have been ringing from the 8.45 opening time all week. Queue full... My employer is waiting for a sickline, and I am waiting for medical diagnosis. Panic is setting in, I'm becoming disabled while waiting for an appointment, loosing my ability to walk. Guess I will have to keep ringing, a&e told me to contact my GP as they had no time for me. Death will be easier

Place is an absolute disgrace. I've been trying to book an appointment for 4 months now. This should be something that takes one day, not 4 months. As soon as the clock hits 8.45 am, I call, to then be told the system is full up. You re dial countless times to then be told at 9 15 that the appointment are all taken for the day. Having read other people's reviews here, it seems that it's nearly genuinely impossible to book a simple appointment. There is some serious problems at this GP.

I'm with Templepatrick surgery, you ring and it's engaged, you immediately redial, you might do this 15 minutes but you eventually get through to their queue, it tells you what position you are in and you do get to speak to someone and more often than not get an appointment. My parents are with glengormley practice, each time you ring you are greeted with a message about how they are striving hard to work efficiently and have to wait 75 seconds to be told to ring back - this message is ridiculous, you should only be hearing ... read more

Have been with this practice for apox 1 year and have not been able to get an appointment. I was with my previous practice from birth and was made to move due to being just outside the catchment area. I was on a long term prescription apox 3 years and wasn't able to get an appointment to either have it extended or come of it etc I had to wean myself of the meds with the last of my prescription I was able to get from the online repeat prescription. I'm sure this isn't very safe and I feel very let down by the NHS in general. ... read more

Registered for a year never seen a dr once always messed up my prescription, every morning slots are full , discharged me when I moved without me having a dr being type 1 diabetic matter of time before someone dies under their “care” and they all protest for raises surgery needs shut make room for people who want to do their job
