Practice in crisis is all you hear when you call!! If you do get through after 84 tries, they say to hang up as all slots are already taken 🫣 as for scripts - theyre never there or always late & if /when you see a Dr & they tell you to come back if no better - YOU CANT GET THROUGH I have no confidence in this practice at all.
Calling in every morning as soon as opens but can’t even get through to receptionist! It’s impossible to get an appointment!
Reception and medical staff very friendly and professional, despite pressures of a super busy practice.
Well just made over 200 phone calls this morning between 0845 and 0903 with as usual absolutely no response whatsoever. This is an absolute disgrace and joke.. I've had enough.. I live in Carrickfergus, can anyone advise me about another practice who actually cares about their patients?
Edit: For everyone who feels enough is enough: Please report this practice to The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) - Northern Ireland. Just Google the name and contact details will be on the website and you can make a complaint where it will actually be heard. Honestly, shut it down. Unfit for operation. Lines suspiciously at full capacity with no queuing system at 8.45 on the dot. IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment while my health is deteriorating. Disgraceful.
