Everyone was friendly, helpful and reassuring, from admissions to the Boronia ward nurses through to the theatre staff and the anaesthetics team.
I recently had a day procedure here and I can’t thank the admission team, doctors, anaesthetist, and nurses (most of them) enough! Dr Mike Kamara (gynaecologist) has such a friendly, warm and professional demeanour. You can tell that he knows exactly what he’s doing and although it wasn’t the result I wanted he did everything he could. Nurses Ray and Claudia were phenomenal and I could not have asked for better people to look after me when I needed to unexpectedly stay in the hospital overnight. Exceptional staff. From the nurses to the receptionists and everyone in between. Fantastic care provided. I felt well and truly looked after.
I am so impressed with this hospital. My mother is having immunotherapy treatment in the Waratah suite and stepfather receiving end of life care in Sandalwood. I am an ex nurse and I am so impressed with the exceptional care both are receiving. It’s a small beautifully appointed and well equipped hospital but the care is fabulous. From the cleaning to catering to nursing staff who are respectful and caring. It restores my faith in the hospital system. Thank you to you all
