Friendly staff and doctor and its brilliant you can book an appointment through the nhs app now
Visited the glenfield surgery for a pre booked covid and flu jab. They were only doing the flu jab so a return visit will have to be booked. When we arrived the car park was full but a member of staff was conducting the parking and it worked 100%. Arrived, got parked up went to reception, got booked in and walked down corridor to a doctor giving the jab and out, total time 10 minutes. Amending my previous review as there has been a huge turnaround recently - the team have been fantastic, going out of their way to look into queries and calling me back. Super helpful. I’m really happy with the surgery. Really unfortunate that I have to write this review, but my experience has been consistently poor. Cancelled appointments with no availability to rebook (after poor advice from other GPs there is only one I trust there), difficulties getting through, unhelpful call handlers…I could go on. Very disappointed with staff here, speaking in foreign language instead of English. I don't think this is acceptable behavior in a NHS area. One staff member was ignorant but lady who did my scan was very professional. Also no reception so just sitting in room not knowing when somebody would call you. Booking center was good getting appointment quickly.
