Very disappointed with staff here, speaking in foreign language instead of English. I don't think this is acceptable behavior in a NHS area. One staff member was ignorant but lady who did my scan was very professional. Also no reception so just sitting in room not knowing when somebody would call you. Booking center was good getting appointment quickly.
Ultrasound staff, not professional with people with learning disabilities
Doctors are very good, a,few ups and down, but things do get sorted in the end, its a nice clean environment.allway appreciated.
