I was taken into Glenfield yesterday with heart problems, and I’ve got to say, they were fantastic checks completed and they really took the time to explain everything to me sorted my medication out very quickly . So a massive thank you to to all the staff , Nurses, Doctors. I cannot praise them enough. David Hackett.

Thanks Denise, Cardiology Outpatients for being so helpful especially assisting with a (what should have been) simple address change. It is most appreciated when a human being can assist, sort & resolve, what should have been a simple issue. Please Mr/Mrs powers that be find a way to show my appreciation. Look after your knowledgable caring staff & stop the central call centre farming calls their way because it ticks their call answering target! An amazing experience a Glenfield Hospital. I had a TAVI procedure thanks to Dr Rajendra and his team and I am so grateful to all the staff on Ward 32.
