Got an appointment confirmed by the practice on HotDoc then I come in and receptionist tells me that they’re not taking new patients. I received no sms or email saying that. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting for more than an hour, I understand that sometimes 15 20 minutes wait is alright as things might happen but more than an hour for an appointment I made. Whats the point of appointment, make it walk in.
Excellent doctor been seeing Dr manku for over 16 years wouldn't go anywhere else has help me so much nothing is too much she helps in many ways ji the receptionist is also very helpful
