I am really pleased with Glendfield Electrical. I contacted them regarding a solar installation for my parents' house. Their solar designer, Amy, arranged a site visit to meet us in person. Choosing who to buy a Solar System from is no easy task, believe me. You are constantly being fed advertisements each claiming to be the best with all kinds of offers. I am old enough to remember Double Glazing techniques! I chose Glenfield Electrical why? Because the Sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the system and made recommendations that made sense backed by easy to understand data. From 1st call to completion of the battery installation was smooth and pain free! Instillation team and admin team were all helpful and they knew what they were doing Battery were installed on 12th January 26 every thing working fine. My only suggestion is during hand ever need to set up the settings and explain in bit better way- every one is not extremely IT literate
Excellent company - their assessment was totally about my needs, not what would give them the highest profit. All staff were polite, friendly and professional. Everything was patiently explained to me. They turned up when they said they would and cleared up afterwards.
