Had a wonderful experience with dentist Rosa and her lovely technician. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. They both went out of their way to keep me calm and comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining things clearly and checking in with me often. I do not recommend my dentist at this practice, although I’ve previously had good experiences with other dentists. I’ve visited twice with the same emergency issue. The first time I was sent away because she couldn’t see anything causing the problem, despite being in huge amounts of pain. The second time, she found an issue. Her attitude was combative and un-empathetic. She also asked me if I’d like antibiotics?! Vastly unprofessional behaviour. She’s done the training and is paid the salary of a qualified dentist.
