OH BOY! So I followed my doctor here from another clinic my regular doctor works at.. and I have to say - this place is the polar opposite to what I was used to. The reception staff friendly, caring, give you their time and actually look happy at work! I even had one on my first visit them let me know that medicare has old bank details, my old clinic never said anything!! We’ve had the pleasure of receiving referrals from this clinic and have consistently found their team to be professional, caring, and highly responsive. They show genuine dedication to supporting their patients’ mental health and always communicate with warmth and clarity. A wonderful local practice to collaborate with.
Would suggest avoiding Dr Smiley Crane if you can - not typically one to write a review but was highly disappointed by her approach to care.
