I like to write this and thank Dr Maged Ghattas. I have struggled with weight loss for a number of years now and I was at my wits end until I met with Dr Ghattas after finding out he is an expert in Weight Management and Obesity Care. Very disappointed. Was sent home with a very ill 10 day old baby with RSV, who was only hours later rushed to Monash for 10 days in ICU. My concerns were not heard, and was made too feel as I was overreacting as a mother.
Great doctors, helpful and friendly staff
I've been a patient for 27 years. I can only remember one appointment time the dr. I had the appointment with was on time in 27 years. Today I was unfortunately late by 10 minutes for an appointment. I was told the dr. couldn’t see me as I was late. I'm not sure if I am more disappointed in the doctor or the nonchalant attitude of the person behind the bid desk. How disappointing.
Doctors are good but one of the receptionist ladies was rude and condescending.
