Last week I had an amazing experience at Glenelg Vet! I have recently moved to Adelaide and was looking a a vet for my two little dogs. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The vet was incredibly kind and thorough, taking the time to examine my dogs, listen to the reason I was there and ensure my dogs were comfortable throughout the visit. Initially took my dog to a different vet for a health check and the vet found a grass seed in his ear. The other vet instantly wanted to sedate him for a procedure, quoted over $1000. Decided to get a second option from Glenelg vet (mum takes her dogs here and absolutely loves it) the vet assessed him, took him to the back and after 10 minutes came back with 2 grass seeds in her hand. How easy! It was the best experience and this will be my new vet for sure! Thanks guys xx
I called Glenelg Vet this Saturday just gone as I couldn't get in vets we had been to before (it was a Saturday around 11) our dog had been vomiting all morning and needed advice. Amy answered the phone, took our details and concerns, checked with the vet and called us back in a very timely manner to advise we could come down straight away.
