FOH staff were great. Vet was nice enough. But you would think with the price your paying you would get better quality service.

Great vet experience for my cat, the receptionists were friendly and understanding, super keen to help. They helped with Form A to take our cat from Adelaide to Auckland, would take my cat there again for sure. Highly recommended
I have been bringing my boy Roland in here since he was a puppy and I’m so thankful we just randomly decided to go here because the team are absolute professionals but also very compassionate, kind and caring. Roland’s a shar pei x so he has spent a lot of his life at the vet or dealing with skin/ear/eye issues but I always feel like he’s in the best hands here and it really helps in anxious times knowing he’s getting the best care possible.
