I recently took my MINI in to get some concerns checked before work. I didn't have an appointment but I was still prioritised. Caden was amazing from the moment he greeted me to when he handed back my keys. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable which put my mind at ease. 10 out of 10 service
I recently purchased a brand new mini from Glenelg Mini Garage. Michael was very friendly, relaxed and responsive with all my queries. Jo was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile in after sale care. Miguel helped with finance and was upfront and easy to talk to. Great Service and amazing looking dealership
I’m a current Mini owner and looking for a potential update. My husband and I went to Mini Glenelg today. We were in the showroom for no less than 25 minutes and not one member of the sales team even acknowledged our presence. This included the one salesman sitting at the desk speaking with other customers. He did not even look up once, say hello or ask if we needed help. Very poor form and absolutely no customer service at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
So We went to check out the new New Countryman mini ,as my wife was looking into getting one ( has a Cooper S ) . We go inside and looked at the cars on display and was waiting to see if a salesperson would come up and help us out with some info . We notice one salesperson was with customers at desk ,while two other salesperson walked pass and kept in the background!? We waited over 20mins plus and no one acknowledge us or anything .
