I can only speak to the conduct of the receptionist Jancine at this surgery - very poor.
The podiatrist, Philip Ngo, is very patient and good while treating my child’s foot. The receptionist on the other hand, Jancine, is condescending and be wary of calling the podiatrist a doctor as she will turn you away. If you can tolerate the receptionist’s attitude, the doctor ( sorry podiatrist) is great.
