The payment machine at the outdoor car park did not work after inserting my credit card. It clearly stated that if the credit card doesn’t work, coins must be used. The machine also indicated that payment could be made via an app, but when I tried, the location code could not be found at all. I then inserted coins, and the machine ate my money without issuing a ticket. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating.
