My wife had a surgery recently at Gleneagles. Overall, very good service. Nurses were always available to help. Operation theatre folks communicated to me once the surgery was done. The kopitiam downstairs has decent options. Overall recommended.

I am providing feedback on the day wards in Gleneagles Hospital. I am admitted here every 8 weeks for an infusion for my medical condition, and am immunecompromised because of the medication that I am on. Prior to every admission, I get anxious because on most occasions, I have been placed in a 3 bedded room in spite of my request for a single room. Utterly disappointing experience and severe compliance concerns with the Business Office at Gleneagles Hospital. I have been to the Business Offices in public {or state} hospitals in Singapore and the compliance and service standards are at a much higher level than at the private Gleneagles hospital. The staff at this private hospital Business Office do not reply to emails, or they provide rambling, hostile replies that make no sense.
