My father passed away in the ICU there. The nurse that took care of my Dad, it was her last day in the hospital and the staff celebrated her last day in a not so subtle way. There was laughter and photo taking,,,, all these happened while the relatives were so sad with their loved ones ‘s lives were hanging by a thread in the ICU. And the physiotherapist who did UCU respiratory physiotherapy on my Dad,, he was the worst,,, was so rough on my Dad,,
I received only the best care and truly felt like a VIP - KUDOS to all the nurses and staffs during my admission to Ward 8 East! I appreciate your hardwork and dedication, our modern-day heroes. 🙂 I am also grateful to Dr. Thng Yongxian, Dr. Ho and team for my successful surgery. The incredible Dream Team who played a big role in my speedy recover. 🙇♂️
Nice , comfortable, excellent care and good food. 4 stars due to check in and financial services being behind, for some reason front desk and financial dep don't communicate too well, so it was worried about the charges and extras that may result but at the end, and I mean at the end of my treatment everything was clear and taken care of, but not a pleasant start, yet the stay was like a 5 star hotel, , good service, very professional and puntual, high quality equipment and food. Incredible caring staff, cleanliness and qualit
Premium hospital, substandard service I wish to express my deep disappointment with the service standards at Gleneagles Hospital, following my admission experience earlier this week. I arrived at 8:00am for admission and collected a queue number, only to find the queue completely stagnant. When I approached the counter staff, I was brushed off with “wait a while” — without explanation, updates, or communication.
