Great team that gives amazing care!! They also do fun activities for the residents and staff!! The water balloon fight was so fun to watch and everyone enjoyed it!! The new owners are working to improve everything!
This facility is situated in a beautiful country setting making the facility feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing quality care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one.

My Dad and I had to put my mom into a nursing facility. Divine accepted my mom. They have helped us with everything we needed and the million questions we’ve asked.. I’m very thankful for the D.O.N and social services. A special shout out to the cna Earl that works I. The memory unit.
This is a great 100% facility. The nurses and aides are wonderful they should be rated 10 because they have great hearts and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Tammy, Jess, Leslie, Ann are great and help tremendously. Elisa helped get me here and I'm so grateful. The Administrator Dameeko is great. She has a caring heart, takes the time to talk to us, follows through with things, cares about all the staff and residents and is very pretty.
