Are trying to charge me 11500$ for an overnight stay and for them cutting into a crazy ingrown hair I had Iv looked into it and they are commiting fraud

Our experience with the receptionist at this therapy center has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I have been bringing my 9-year-old son, who has Down syndrome, for OT, PT, and speech therapy since September. While the therapists themselves have been helpful, the front desk experience has consistently been the worst we’ve encountered anywhere.
