Glendi is a new and exciting workout studio in Wellesley. I am excited to finally have a fun place to exercise with my friends and get a full body workout with cardio. The Mediterranean club party music is the best part!!

The best place for a fun and challenging cardio dance workout! I love being able to combine dancing and fitness and that we don't need to be dancers to enjoy the class. It's so nice to start the day with Glendi, the atmosphere is super friendly too and the studio is so cute.

I had a really fun workout at Glendi. The class was challenging, in the best way with wonderful music and excellent instruction. It was a great workout but what surprised me the most was the rush of endorphins I got from the dancing which is embedded in the workout. I can’t wait for my next class.

Had the opportunity to participate in a Glendi Club class today. The studio is easy to get to, has plenty of free parking and its bright, airy, white washed walls and authentic decor transported me to the Grecian Isles. Ines our instructor was lively, welcoming, focused and fun. She kept us moving for the entire 45 minute class and paid close attention to each of us, offering modifications and encouragement.
