Excellent service from Glendevon Energy. They are quick to respond and everyone is professional and friendly in their approach. The engineers are technically very knowledgeable and willing to explain how things work in easy to understand language. I am delighted with Glendevon Energy.
The house we moved into has a Groundsource heat pump. All was going ok until it wasn't. Glendevon were recommended to me by a local plumber in Kinross. I was really impressed with the service, from the team in the office, through to Nigel - the engineer who came to get us back up to speed. Not only did Nigel resolve the issue, he explained how the system actually worked, showed me how to do some basic maintenance on it myself, as well as giving me a plan for bringing it back up to full health. Glendevon have looked after our air source heat pump now for a couple of years and their service is excellent. They have been working hard to overcome a fault in our system (the cause of which was poor installation by another contractor) and we have been delighted with the way they have worked hard to fit us in when they are already very busy.
