My baby and I have seen all 3 doctors here. I find them to be sensitive, kind and explain things well. Happy to return This is my closest medical centre though I have a regular GP based further away from home that I see for regular check-ups. They seem to err on the side of caution with doctors clearance and prescriptions which isnt necessarily a bad thing unless you want to avoid work or get a quick fix. Extremely disappointed with the professionalism and attitude of the reception staff. They were slow to respond and came across as unfriendly during my first interaction. I reached out specifically to continue care with my previous doctor from Good Street Medical Centre, but the experience with the administrative team has been far from welcoming. It’s unfortunate that such behaviour from the front desk staff can negatively impact the reputation of the entire clinic.
I visited this clinic THREE times after being diagnosed with RSV , a reportable illness, and my condition worsened with each visit. I had ongoing coughing fits, was coughing up green phlegm, had fever and chills, sinus pressure, sore throat, and fatigue. On the first visit, I was dismissed until the pathology returned a positive result the next day. Amazing! We went in with our baby and got in asap. The doctor and nurses we seen were wonderful. After leaving, the doctor called us 2 separate times that afternoon to check on our baby! Thank you for your help!
