I paid Glenda in advance for three months of cleanings and she never showed up for the third. Also never returned my calls or responded about a refund. This was surprising as she had cleaned my apartment many times before. No call no show no refund is no good in my book.
Glenda has cleaned my loft weekly for over a year now. She always does a great job. I Airbnb my loft put on the weekends and have many comments on how clean the place is! It’s not easy with a loft in a historic building- so I really appreciate Glenda going the extra mile.
Dishes left in the the sink - didnt pick up anything in the floor or laundry (not that we asked for that ) The upstairs was not even touched, the rugs and laundry room floor were still dirty. The house looked exactly as it was left -!which means it needed to be cleaned.
I hired Glenda for a deep clean job that was urgent and timely for a home about to be listed for sale. She showed up for the job on time and went in to look it over. Then she went out to her car to "go buy supplies." She said she would be back in 15 minutes. She was very friendly. She left and never returned. Several of us tried to call her at 2 different numbers. She refused to answer. We have not heard back and she still will not answer calls.
