For month’s Glendarroch Homes subcontractors repeatedly blocked our driveway preventing us from leaving our home; left trash all over our property; and repeatedly drove over our landscaping and increasingly crushed our underground irrigation and hedge. I have known and worked with Tom and Tim Bates and all of the great folks at Glendarroch Homes for over three years now. We had a little remodel to a home they originally built ten years ago that turned into a major almost full "do-over" for the home courtesy of the Winter Storm of 2021 and the resulting water leak and damage we had later that summer. Tim and Tom Bates built our home 10+ years ago. We have built homes with previous builders and while we did our homework and not disappointed with any of them, Glendarroch exceeded our expectations in every way. From drawing the first plan to today, the construction is solid and if there is a problem, and we aware out of warranty, Glendarroch is available to help and solve the issue.
