Absolutely amazing customer service. I’m not even a client of theirs, I called asking for advice, a quote, and some answers- Jessica listened to all my worries and concerns and she was so kind and informative. Any person could give blunt answers and be done with it but it takes an amazing team/person to listen attentively, be kind, and take the time to go through each worry. The staff at Glendale Veterinary Hospital are very caring and compassionate. I have two Ragdolls and they treat them like their own. Sage who is usually very aggressive when at the vets was more docile during this last visit. I believe that this was because Brian took the time to get to know her before disturbing her from her carrying case. He was able to calm her down. Thank you for taking the time with them.
