Our 3 year old Australian Labradoddle always receives excellent care from all the Glendale team. We are both always made to feel comfortable. His assessments are thorough. The team is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always so wonderful in being able to give us an appointment in a timely manner. Our boy Charlie was in quite some pain on a Saturday afternoon, 45 minutes before Glendale was due to close. We called them and they took Charlie in without hesitation. Spent a considerable amount of time with us, ensuring us that Charlie was well looked after. Friendly, and very attentive to our needs as well as Charlie’s. Couldn’t have asked for better care. We were very grateful and still are, thank you so much to the staff at Glendale.
I want to sincerely thank the team working October 27th for their care and empathy shown to me and my baby Evie Nix as we laid her to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for Bryan and the vet for making the worst day of my life as smooth as possible. Bring your pets here, they will be taken care of with love. Thank you all so much, the location is also beautiful and peaceful.
I can not even say how grateful I am that I was recommended this Veterinary Hospital. Glendale staff are so thoughtful and informative and truly care about the wellbeing (both short, long term and after care) of your baby. This is my new Vet! Some heroes don't wear capes
Absolutely amazing customer service. I’m not even a client of theirs, I called asking for advice, a quote, and some answers- Jessica listened to all my worries and concerns and she was so kind and informative. Any person could give blunt answers and be done with it but it takes an amazing team/person to listen attentively, be kind, and take the time to go through each worry. I called anxious and left feeling so reassured. Thank you so much Jessica, I am officially transferring over to this vet ASAP.
