What can I say about this senior complex.. I walked in today clueless, my parents have been looking for a place for years with no luck or any helpful information. This morning I walked in to this beautiful building and was greeted by the manager Sonia.. I asked if they had a application she told me the waiting list was closed.. It’s hard to find the Manager and the assistant manger doesn’t even want to bother with taking care of any of the complaints that come his way. They respond to your complaint with a complaint about you having a complaint which leads you to think that they do not want to deal with the tenants. Unfortunately this is assisted living and they are dealing with the elderly but it’s a job that they have taken up and it would be nice if they fulfilled their obligations promptly and without any complaints.
