I was a few of shingles short of a windy day, and wanted to get the roof looked at before the problem became any worse. The contractor looked me over and told me a few things I needed to be careful with. I was first provided a complete outline of proposed work and a cost estimate for the job. I saw a leak after a major storm and contacted their business. They answered very quickly and arranged an inspection on the same day. Did a good job, knew how to explain what they had to perform and did the task fast. Their attention to the minor things helped me trust them all the time. They recommended a combination of roof repair and partial replacement and that made sense for my situation. I felt like they really cared about doing the job right. The job was done on time and the personnel kept me updated the entire way. They also checked that the gutters were working okay before they closed up.
