I called about a possible pool leak, and Theodore came out to inspect everything. He was very professional and clearly knew pool leak detection from start to finish. He carefully checked the pool for leak points, explained what he was testing, and kept us updated as he moved through each area. He also took extra time to inspect additional spots to make sure no hidden leak was missed. The whole process felt thorough, clear, and reassuring, and we were very impressed with the service.
