After reading the reviews, wasn't sure what to expect. We were ready to pay via Nimble and we're fine with communicating via Klara. My healthcare provider recommended them because the cost of my medication is substantially less expensive (nearly half) here and also can be delivered to our home. We arrived at 20 til 5 pm (when they close). The pharmacist was kind and friendly and offered to fill the prescription right then and there! WOW! Above and beyond service! Will call and or text repeatedly and receive no response. The absolute worst about communication. However, very affordable. Don't love the online pay platform. Very difficult to deal with.
A good pharmacy with a few caveats you need to know before coming here. I’ll discuss the good and bad below but in general: this is a modern pharmacy that almost requires you to use a smartphone or tablet to communicate with them. They are a standard 9 to 5 M-F only BUT, BUT! All the meds I priced on my drug insurance app are cheaper here than anywhere with few exceptions. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy because it’s literally a stone’s throw from my home. I tried to pick up my medication twice, once was my fault because i went at 5:04pm and did not realize they closed at 5pm even though the door was still unlocked and the sign was still flipped to open. I’ll take that one, but I just went again this morning, Friday at 9:30am which according to their hours they are open.
