Brought a customer vehicle here after a tow since they were the closest Nissan dealer. From the start communication was poor and the diagnosis was frustrating. They insisted the BCM we sourced from another authorized Nissan dealer was wrong and had us purchase and deliver a second one at our own expense. After they installed it the car still wouldn’t start. Terrible service department, I have 2 unforgettable experiences there, one time they mentioned a part in the car needs to be replaced, I accepted and they charged me over $1200 for that, I searched in Nissan website and found they overcharged me on the part over $300, I went and complained to the manager, he didn't accept their overcharge but finally agreed to give me $150 credit to be used in their dealership. Bought a car at Nissan Glendale about a year and a half ago. The purchase itself was fine, but the volume knob and screen were faulty from day one. I didn’t catch it right away because I’m busy and rarely drove the car. Six months ago I came in — they claimed it was fixed under my “gold” warranty. Nothing changed.
