Nobody wants to end up in the ER, but when our son did, I'm glad it was here. The ER doctor didn't have the most calming and informative bedside manner, but that's not really their job. And, I would have rather the billing department waited until the situation was stabilized to pull me aside and discuss billing. But those are not the things that matter - it is the standard of care and that was top notch.

What can I say? I can write a book of horrors about this hospital. Avoid this place if you can, or do your homework before you go there. I would not wish even for my enemies end up in "dignity care", that how Glendale memorial calls now.

The doctors there don't know anything about sicknesses and illnesses. when a patient goes into the emergency room to get treatment, it takes 10 hours until they take them inside the intensive treatment room, and they take almost all of your blood, saying that it's for checking the condition of the patient. Every single hour they take half liter, in 10 hour you count how many liter they taking alltoghter. I found Dave to be down to earth and funny, with the right amount of intesity about my recovery program. He really sold me on sobriety. He had all the answers.
