They always do a good job getting out stains including blood. Three years and one pandemic later, they still do a great job. Note that their hours are 8-6 and not 7:30-6:30 as listed here on Google.
Website says Open at 7:30AM, arrived at 8:05AM - door locked. Three large signs in window. - MASK REQUIRED - Female employee opens the door with no mask, while I have mine on. I have 2 shirts to launder - place them on counter. Female employee barks at me - “put those over here”. Pointing to identical counter next to the counter I placed them on - 1 foot apart… I ask her if it is possible to clean the 2 shirts in one day - NOPE! Excellent, friendly service. Very timely and does a nice job with garment repairs.
My “dry clean only” garments were returned one size smaller. Guessing their machines are not properly maintained? I went back to the store & spoke with friendly worker who was not able to provide me with a manager’s contact information or resolve the issue in any way. I won’t be using their service again. Too bad, it’s a convenient location.
