Continued rust issues with my T60 that I have to keep following up, take time off work to organise and still no outcome. Keep getting told it's a long process. What since March 2025 I still have no outcome? Absolute joke. The solution is to wait and then be told everyone else is in the same boat and there's so many others waiting as well. Terrible customer service regarding this issue
People or so called receptionists should not give advice as to what is wrong with a car so people spend money and the advice does not fix the problem...waste of time and money...bad choices Glendale service center.Wish I could give a no star review but unfortunately it wont let me...LDV....Large Dysfunctional Vehicle.
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a negative review, but my recent experience at Glendale LDV was definitely disappointing. I visited this dealership 8 weeks ago to get my LDV T60 valued, and I was told to come back when the new model arrived. The original salesperson I dealt with was fine, but my experience took a turn for the worse when I was transferred to the business manager. I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of professionalism and communication I’ve experienced from the LDV Service Department in Glendale, particularly with the receptionist, Georgia.
