The service department is absolutely disgraceful. Had a car from 7.50 am and was meant to collect at 3 she stated in the office on drop off. Then my husband calls and she says no later about 4 which we were not available for so she leaves the keys with sales for a Saturday pickup. Im assuming they realised it wasn't fixed and no one called us to advise. The issue it went in for wasn't even rectified and if anything its now worse. Continued rust issues with my T60 that I have to keep following up, take time off work to organise and still no outcome. Keep getting told it's a long process. What since March 2025 I still have no outcome? Absolute joke. The solution is to wait and then be told everyone else is in the same boat and there's so many others waiting as well. Terrible customer service regarding this issue
People or so called receptionists should not give advice as to what is wrong with a car so people spend money and the advice does not fix the problem...waste of time and money...bad choices Glendale service center.Wish I could give a no star review but unfortunately it wont let me...LDV....Large Dysfunctional Vehicle.
