EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE -
Horrible experience! I helped my aunt cancel her policy. We did all the correct paperwork and I spoke personally with her agent Mr. Spaulding. After a month she did not receive any refund so we start calling both of us multiple time. I spoke also with the owner Mr. Clive who promised a phone call back with an exxplaination......it never did it. They are not sending her money back. We are ready to write a formal complain with BBB
Do not give this business your money! They have no idea what they are doing. I received an email from Carlo that my policy was cancelled then they continued to withdraw my premium out a month after. I had already got another insurance at that time. When I called to ask why they did that and for a refund he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and it's been almost a month still no refund.
