Markell demonstrated FABULOUS customer service today at House of Prom in Arrowhead Mall…problem solver, solution oriented, courteous, respectful, and attentive. We went to 2 other stores for prom dress shopping and were actually on our way to Dillard’s when we decided to just pop in- SO much variety and a good selection of sizes. What a win win for us! I highly recommend this store and Markell!
Great service! The girls there were very helpful pulling dresses for me and you could tell they were being honest on their opinions when I asked. I almost felt like I was shopping our with friends, it was great!
