WE PLANNED A TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO ON HARLEY, I CANT AFFORD TO BUY ONE SO I RENTED ONE. I CALLED THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE CAUSE I WANTED A SPECIFIC BIKE. IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE TRIP YOU KNOW ITS 8 HOURS AT LEAST. I ASK FOR THE BEAST, THE BIGGEST BIKE THEY HAD I BELEIVE IT WAS THE STREE GLIDE AND IT WAS AVAILABLE. TURNED OUT THE GUY WHO HAD RENTED IT PREVIOUSLY CRASHED AND DAMAGED THE BIKE. I NEVER GOT A CORTESY CALL TO INFORM ME THAT MY BIKE WOULDNT BE AVILABLE NOR DID I GET A OPTIONAL EVEN TRADE. I was out is L.A to visit some friends and family, While I was there I thought I would rent a Harley for a few days and see the sights. I found Glendale Harley on google and called to see if they has anything for me with short notice. they gave me a few options and asked me what I was looking for and where I was planning to ride.
