The parking structure is terribly designed and poorly controlled. I have been stuck on the top of the structure for the last 30 minutes and have barely moved because of the gridlock of cars. When there is no space left, the parking staff should not continue to allow more cars in.
Been trying to exit the parking structure for an hour and a half! Don't come to this mall for the holidays.
