There is a serious lack of Mall Directory signs to the point that it is literally maddening to find anything in this mall. I hate coming here. I came across 3 different directory signs that were blank and said "Error: No cable connected" that were located inside main entrances. FORGET ABOUT FINDING ONE INSIDE THE MALL ANYWHERE...PREPARE TO WONDER AROUND FOR DAYS. I am not kidding. I even tried to find mall management LOLOLOL...good luck on that, I gave up. Parking today was full on gridlock On all 3 levels across the complete structure plus in and outs from all exits - we were on the upper level no traffic was moving in or out a complete and utter cluster - left car went in and saw mall security who apologized they were doing their best they said - blocking one entrance made it all worse - they were clueless - came out as I was wasting my breathe !!
