Awful. The first time I saw them they were over 30 minutes late. Yesterday, they took an hour to NOT show up. I sat there with 4 other people. One of which was an older lady who begged the office next door to call Glendale Eye. A different business that this other office has nothing to do with. The older lady was self conscious of her english so I felt bad. It had been an hour, and I was in the boat so I called. I was then informed that they would not be in until July 15th.
